HVAC Maintenance That Prevents Breakdowns
Keep your home comfortable year-round with seasonal tune-ups, routine system cleaning, and honest service from a licensed local HVAC company.
What’s Included in Every Maintenance Visit
Seasonal System Readiness
During spring visits, we focus on preparing your air conditioning system for the cooling season. During fall visits, we inspect heating components and verify safe operation to ensure your system is ready before temperatures drop.
Member Perks & Built-In Savings
As a maintenance plan member, you receive additional savings beyond your seasonal tune-ups. This includes 50% off one standard service call and 5% off parts for covered systems, helping reduce the cost of unexpected repairs while keeping your system properly maintained.
Refrigerant & Mechanical Components
We inspect refrigerant pressures and system balance to ensure the system is operating within normal ranges. We also visually inspect the compressor, condenser, and evaporator coils for signs of wear, damage, or potential leaks.
Airflow & Blower Components
We check blower motor operation and fan performance to ensure proper airflow throughout your home. Good airflow is critical for comfort, efficiency, and protecting your system from unnecessary wear.
Routine System Cleaning
We clean and inspect areas of your system that commonly collect dust, debris, or moisture. This includes cleaning the condensate drain, washing the outdoor condenser coil, and inspecting internal components such as the evaporator coil, blower wheel, and blower compartment. If light cleaning is needed to maintain proper operation, it is performed during the visit.
System Operation & Performance
We inspect both the indoor and outdoor units to make sure your system is starting, running, and shutting down properly. We evaluate overall performance to ensure your system is heating or cooling your home the way it should, without unnecessary strain on components.
