First RespondAir provides residential HVAC inspection, maintenance, repair, and related services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

A service call typically includes diagnostic time and system evaluation. Repairs, parts, or additional services are not included unless specifically approved by the customer.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or through written communication.
We ask that customers provide accurate contact and address information to avoid delays.
Appointment times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, or earlier service calls.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing for services will be discussed after diagnosis whenever possible.
Any recommended repairs or additional work require customer approval before proceeding.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods may vary and will be communicated prior to service.

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure pets are secured during service visits

Failure to provide a safe working environment may result in service delays or cancellation.

Warranties & Limitations

Manufacturer warranties apply to parts where applicable.
Labor warranties, if offered, will be clearly communicated.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, system age-related failures, or issues outside the scope of approved work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First RespondAir shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
